RAM Conventional Division Regional Vice President Kimberly Hackett serves as RVP in charge of the Orlando, Florida and Miami, Florida Regional Corporate Offices. She is responsible for overseeing all facets of property management operations for the Florida and Georgia Region portfolio (excluding the areas from Tallahassee west to Alabama).
Mrs. Smith has over 18 years experience in the property management industry and has extensive knowledge of Conventional and Tax credit multi-family, senior, and assisted living housing. She holds the designation of Certified Apartment Property Supervisor (CAPS) and is a State of Florida licensed Real Estate Sales Associate. She graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration Management.
