Kimberly Smith, Conventional Regional V.P. Orlando Region
RAM Conventional Division Regional Vice President Kimberly Hackett-Smith serves as RVP in charge of the Orlando, Florida, Regional Corporate Office. She is responsible for overseeing all facets of property management operations for the Florida and Georgia region. (excluding the areas from Tallahassee west to Alabama)
Mrs. Smith has over 18 years experience in Property Management and has extensive knowledge of Conventional, Tax credit, Senior, and Assisted Living multi-family housing. She holds the designation of Certified Apartment Property Supervisor (CAPS) and is a licensed Real Estate Sales Associate in the State of Florida. Mrs. Smith is a graduate of Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration-Management.
