Barbara S. Moore, V.P. Resident Relations

Royal American Management Vice President of Resident Relations Barbara Moore began employment with RAM in 1996. With over twenty-five years experience in the social work and counseling field, she is responsible for the supervision, planning, and coordination of resident training programs, resident issues, and resident activities for all RAM properties.

Prior to her employment with RAM, she served for six years as Academic Advisor and Social Science adjunct professor at Gulf Coast Community College in Panama City, Florida. She received her Master of Science Degree in Counseling and Human Development at Troy State University, Florida.

Ms. Moore is the founder and board chairperson of Women Of Destiny, Inc., a local non-profit welfare transition organization which is an affiliate of Royal American Management. She also serves as President of Focusing on Communities for Unlimited Success, Inc., (FOCUS) a non-profit organization that serves low-income residents of HUD subsidized housing through ten Neighborhood Networks Computerized Learning Centers located in Florida and Georgia. FOCUS is a part of the (HUD) Housing and Urban Development National Welfare Transition Initiative.
