Denise Ost, Vice President Conventional Division
RAM Conventional Division Vice President Denise Ost is located in the Panama City Corporate Office and is responsible for the oversight of all aspects of operations pertaining to approximately sixty-nine RAM-managed Conventional Division communities located throughout the Southeastern United States. She supervises the Conventional Division staff located in the Panama City, Florida; Orlando, Florida; Miami, Florida; and Concord, North Carolina RAM satellite Corporate Offices. Mrs. Ost has over 20 years of property management experience and has been with Royal American for that entire period of time where she has served in the positions of HUD and Conventional Division Site Manager, Conventional Division Regional Manager, Regional VP, and Vice President. She has extensive experience at all supervisory levels in the management of both luxury and affordable housing.
