Denise Ost, Conventional Regional V.P. N/S Carolina Region, N. Alabama, and Mississippi Region
RAM Conventional Division Regional Vice President Denise Ost serves as VP in charge of the Charlotte, North Carolina Regional Corporate Office which covers the North/South Carolina. She is also Regional VP in charge of the North Alabama and Mississippi Region. Ms. Ost is located in the Panama City Corporate Office. She has over twenty years of property management experience and has been with Royal American for that entire period of time where she has served in the positions of Site Manager, Regional Manager, and Regional VP. She has extensive experience at all supervisory levels in the management of both luxury and affordable housing. Mrs. Ost is a member of IREM and is a CPM candidate.
