Kerri Toth, V. P. Conventional Division
RAM Conventional Division Vice President Kerri Toth has been employed in the Property Management Industry at the management level since 1993. She began employment with RAM in 1997 as Conventional Regional Property Manager and was appointed to the position of Conventional Division Vice President in 1999. She is responsible for all aspects of operations pertaining to Royal American luxury and affordable-program apartment communities throughout the Southeastern United States and for the management of two satellite RAM Corporate Offices and over 200 employees. Mrs. Toth has extensive experience in marketing and management of all types of Conventional, Tax Credit, Bond, Hope VI, Home Sail, 221, D4’s, senior congregate and assisted living communities — to include both rehabilitation and new construction. She holds a Florida Real Estate Salesperson License; the IREM designation of Certified Property Manager (CPM) and Certified Apartment Manager (CAM), recognized by the National Apartment Association (NAA); and the designation of Certified Credit Compliance Professional (C3P). She was awarded IREM North FL Chapter #35 CPM of the Year 2007. Mrs. Toth served as IREM Florida Chapter #35 President for the years 2006 and 2007. Under her leadership, the Chapter achieved major growth in membership base from small to medium chapter category and was awarded IREM Region IV (FL & GA) Chapter of the Year in 2006 & 2007 and the Five Star Chapter Award for 2006 and 2007.
