Stephen Singleton, Senior V.P. Affordable Housing Division
RAM Senior Vice President Stephen Singleton serves as VP of the Affordable Housing Rural Development / HUD Division. Mr. Singleton has over thirty years of middle and senior management experience. He has been in real estate property management since 1991 when he joined Royal American Management as a Regional Property Manager. In 1997 he assumed his current position and is now responsible for over 100 apartment communities and more than 250 employees. Mr. Singleton earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics from the University of Rhode Island. He is a licensed real estate salesmen in the State of Florida.
