Bill Beaver, V. P. Maintenance and Contracting
Royal American Management Vice President of Maintenance and Contracting Billie D. Beaver is responsible for all contracting and maintenance issues for all RAM communities to include the coordination of major rehabilitation projects, maintenance practices and plans, needs assessments, maintenance training, property inspections, and development of maintenance action plans. He began employment with Royal American in 1975 and has over thirty years experience in construction and maintenance of multifamily units, high-rise, mid-rise, and walk up properties. Mr. Beaver holds an Asbestos Supervisory Certification, Refrigerant Recovery Certification, Journeyman Carpenter, SAHMA Maintenance Management Certification, and has served on several maintenance advisory committees.
