Dawn Bellows, HUD Specialist / Special Projects Officer
Royal American Management HUD Specialist / Special Projects Officer Dawn Bellows began employment with Royal American in 1981 and is responsible for Section 8 compliance issues, interpretation and implementation of HUD regulatory notices and is active in many Industry associations. She is also responsible for Section 8 rent increases, HAP contract renewals and management fees, Company 2530, and she acts as liaison between the Owner and Management Company and Underwriters on mortgage restructuring negotiations. Mrs. Bellow's extensive knowledge of accounting and government regulations and her competency with most Industry software programs makes her extremely well qualified for diversified responsibilities to include development of trend analysis information pertaining to all aspects of the Management Company. Mrs. Bellows is the Florida State Director for SAHMA and holds NAHP-E, CPO, and FHC Certifications.
